Chelo's Mexican Restaurant was born out of a love for authentic Mexican cooking and a desire to share those flavors with the West Texas community. What started as a family passion became a cornerstone of Wolfforth — a place where neighbors become regulars and regulars become family.

From our morning desayuno to late-night birria, every dish is prepared with the same dedication and care that defined us from day one. We've grown our menu, added a food truck, expanded into catering, but the heart of what we do has never changed.
